Resident Spotlight
Aaron's favorite meal is a comforting plate of spaghetti and meatballs, topped with Parmesan and paired with garlic bread. When it comes to music, you can often find him enjoying Garth Brooks' "Friends in Low Places."
If Aaron could have any superpower, he would choose the ability to fly like a bird and just keep on flying! Of all four seasons, winter is his favorite. He enjoys all of the seasons in Wisconsin, but winter comes first because when you're cold, you can always put on more clothes!
Aaron was born in Green Bay but grew up in Florida with his mother, Sue. His father's name is Terry, and he has two sisters and two brothers. One of Aaron's fondest childhood memories is spending time with his family at the Eagles restaurant, where they would enjoy lunch and walk around looking at old-time pictures. While living in Florida, his family would also get together once a month for lunch, where they would listen to music and watch others around them.
When asked what advice he would give, Aaron shared, "Don't worry about tomorrow. Worry about today, and take one day at a time."
One of Aaron's favorite things about Caraton Commons is happy hour and the live music. He enjoys the opportunity to listen to music, spend time with others, and enjoy the fun atmosphere!
Bethany

Bethany has been part of our team for two years, and what she enjoys most about her work is making a difference in the lives of her residents and their families.

Bethany grew up in Oconto, Wisconsin, and is the youngest of three children. She has two older brothers and is the only girl. She is also a proud aunt to four beautiful nieces and nephews! Outside of work, Bethany has lots of reptiles and a puppy who is like her child. She also has a special passion for rescuing reptiles and providing them with proper care and a loving home.
Bethany was inspired to pursue healthcare because her mom and dad have worked in healthcare and as first responders throughout her life. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and hunting.
Her advice to her coworkers is to "take everything with a grain of salt" and remember why we do what we do and the difference we make. In 10 years, Bethany sees herself working as a traveling CNA and having a family of her own.
We are so grateful for Bethany and all the compassion and dedication she brings to our residents and their families!
